Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS and transit times are determined by the carrier.
We ship worldwide and shipping for international orders is determined by destination location. When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred due to customs nor can we control how long the customs process will take. Paying these duties and taxes releases your order from customs. If you have any questions, your local customs office can assist you best. If you refused to pay duties or taxes, the shipping carrier will send the order back to our office and we will refund your order deducted by duties and taxes we pay upon arrival at our office.
Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Once your items are shipped, we cannot be liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us for more information.
